On Saturday, October 7, 2017 at Morningside Elementary over 100 parents and Kindergarten – 5th grade students attended a STEAM Ahead Workshop hosted by Fort Worth Chapter, The Links Incorporated and Wells Fargo. The interactive student workshops focused on Astronomy, Aviation and Engineering. Parent workshops focused on mental health, physical health and healthy nutrition on a budget.
