NAMI (National Alliance On Mental Illness) Walk

On October 5, 2019 the Fort Worth (TX) Chapter of the Links, Incorporated Health & Human Services Facet planned and hosted the NAMI Walk. Over 95 walkers signed up and $3,665 was raised. in addition to a $6,000 sponsorship from the North Texas Cluster. The National Alliance On Mental Illness is a United States-based advocacy group originally founded as a grassroots group by family members of people diagnosed with mental illness. This is event was an amazing way to bring awareness to mental health and raise funds to help the mission.
